My art journey commenced in mid 2015 at a time when my life was coming to a crossroad.....many changes at work left me feeling no longer in control of what was always so natural and positive. So when a lovely work colleague created the most beautiful mandala for a special friend I thought I wanted to do this too. From that time on I was once again in control of something that reignited passion and inspired me to learn more and more. Now I have a go at all mediums and enjoy the thrill when it all comes together.
Whilst I have no professional training, I have been extremely lucky to attend workshops (both in person and online) with many talented and professional artists and I am very grateful for this mentorship. Like wise, the Instagram community that I belong to has been a very supportive and inspiring group.
